Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix, AZ (6/04– 3/08)
Preconstruction and construction of this $130 million new design-build baggage handling systems and facility upgrades for new TSA in-line baggage screening for six separate areas within three terminals for the City of Phoenix.
Transportation Security Administration, South Central Region, Dallas, TX (2/02-6/04)
Preconstruction and construction services for security upgrades at 438 major airports across the U.S. for the TSA. Regional Manager for 109 airports within the 9 South Central States and followed for completion of the remaining airports in the Western U.S. including additional airports in Alaska that were added towards the end of the program.
Turner Logistics, LLC, New York, NY and Seattle, WA (2/01-2/02)
As Operations Manager for this start up LLC my role was to establish strong relationships and negotiate agreements with senior management and national account managers of major MEP equipment manufacturers. These relationships and agreements provided preferential pricing and lead times based on Turner’s aggregated volume for all market segments.
Seattle Waterfront Marriott Hotel, Seattle, WA (9/98-2/01)
Preconstruction for this seven story, 240 room hotel with below grade parking located on Seattle’s waterfront. Preconstruction efforts continued as waterfront sightline and permitting issues were resolved.
Westbank Properties-Lincoln Square, Bellevue, WA (4/99-3/00)
Preconstruction for this $140 million mixed use project which included new office building, hotel, condos, retail and six levels of below grade parking within downtown Bellevue.
United Bank of California Center-Exchange Building, Seattle, WA (9/98-8/99)
Multiple projects within this historic 1929 building included exterior precast restoration, fire pump and sprinkler upgrades, HVAC loop distribution on all floors, new emergency generator, electrical distribution and other electrical upgrades, new fire alarm system, new tenant lobbies and ADA restrooms throughout the occupied building.
BC Place Portside Development, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (6/97-12/98)
Preconstruction services for this $550 million mixed use project included new 1000 room Marriott hotel, pier expansion and upgrades to accommodate a third cruise ship, 500,000 s.f. of additional convention space, new retail areas and upgrades to the existing facility.
SEH America Building #60B and 63, Vancouver, WA (5/96-3/98)
Preconstruction and construction of new $54 million silicon wafer fabrication facility and related support building. 150,000 s.f. of class 100 and 10,000 cleanrooms were included within this 535,000 s.f. facility.
Key Arena at Seattle Center, Seattle, WA (6/94-11/95)
Assisted the City of Seattle by administering construction management services for the $90 million expansion and renovation of the Key Arena for the Seattle Center to meet the 95-96 basketball season.
The Rose Garden Arena and Rose Quarter, Portland, OR (8/93-6/94)
Senior purchasing agent for this $140 million state-of-the-art sports and entertainment complex, including 20,000 seat arena with 70 luxury suites, parking garages and office building.
McNeil Island Inmate Housing, Steilacoom, WA (4/91-8/93)
Construction of this $35 million lump sum inmate housing facility consisting of 5 new four-story buildings for 256 inmates each and a two-story administration building on an island accessible only by a secured ferry or barge.
Boeing Sheet Metal Center, Auburn, WA (6/88-4/91)
Preconstruction and construction of $200 million fast-track facility, including one million square feet facility with material handling and materials fabrication equipment some requiring major foundation modifications subsequent to the building being closed in.

As Purchasing Manager, I was completely responsible for administering purchasing policies of Turner Construction and clients with primary responsibility for the Seattle Business Unit. This work included preconstruction activities, buyout and contract management from initial offering through contract close-out and completion.
Two Union Square, Seattle, WA
$106 million 56-story office building plus 4½ levels of below grade parking, built on a restricted downtown site with innovative structural system.
Bank of America Complex, Concord, CA
$120 million five-building technology center included a 13, 8 and 4 story office buildings, a 6-story computer center and a 5-level parking garage.
Mercy Hospital of Folsom, Folsom, CA
Preconstruction and construction services for a $14 million 125,000-s.f., 95 bed acute care health facility with a detached/remote central plant.
First Interstate Bank, Fremont, CA
$34 million, 165,000-s.f. campus style Computer Operations Center consisted of three structures with heliport and redundant security and MEP support systems.
San Francisco International. Airport Parking Facility, San Francisco, CA
$54 million, five-story, 4,000-car expansion to existing parking facilities, including six elevator cores, moving walkways and central plant. Built while maintaining current parking operation and traffic flow during peak travel times.
Harrah’s South Tower Hotel, Reno, NV
$34 million, 254-room, 17-story hotel addition above an existing and active casino and required no shut downs of casino operations.
